Sowohl Mysoda-Zylinder als auch CO2-Zylinder anderer Hersteller wie Sodastream und Aga sind mit Glassy kompatibel. Dies gilt für CO2-Zylinder mit herkömmlichem Schraubmechanismus. Quick Connect Zylinder sind nicht kompatibel.

Wir raten von der Verwendung von SodaTASTE-Zylindern mit Geschmack in Verbindung mit Mysoda Glassy ab, da beim Sprudeln hinter geschlossener Tür nicht sichtbar ist, ob das Wasser übersprudelt.

Stopped working after 2 months

I was quite happy that I received my Glassy Sparkling Water Maker (from www.finnishdesignshop.com) even after nearly 4 months of waiting for delivery. I really like the design, however, after only 2 months of usage, the carbonator suddenly stopped working. Pressing the "sparkling button" does not have any effect any more, even though I tried it with two completely new CO2 cylinders and checked that they are compatible with the carbonator.
Now, I am fighting with www.finnishdesignshop.com and do not get a reply from them, even after two mails and three weeks of waiting for a reply. Of course mysoda is not responsible for the communication politics of www.finnishdesignshop.com but as a customer it makes the whole situation even more frustrating.

I am starting to regret my decision to buy the Glassy Sparkling Water Maker, which is really a pitty because I still find that the Glassy is still one of the best looking water sparkling machines on the market.
It seems like I'll be left to deal with the loss in the end.
